Mellon asked Mediasterling to design and develop automated templates to produce fund data in a readable and easy to understand way with minimum fuss. The system uses Microsoft Word and Excel to automatically produce financial fact sheets in multiple languages with no manual intervention. Production times were reduced to a tenth of the previous approach with radical improvements in accuracy through automation. A variety of print formats and electronic distribution is generated.
